The following photos are the self-explanatory scenes how the ROK troops had coped with their lives in the battlefield during the Vietnam War.

   Supplies were procured by birds in every 3 days since the troops were landed at the combat zone


       Most critical supply in the combat zone was the water.

    Troops are waiting for the supplies with great expectation in the bitter battle area

 Soldiers at camp pour bottles of beer into the 155mm powder canister to transport to the comrades

at the combat zone. Usually 10 canisters filled with water were supplied. Out of the 10 canisters at least

one  canister was always filled with beer. The reason they used the 155mm powder canister was to prevent breakage when they were dropped from the birds to the rugged terrain.
