당 홈페이지를 찾아주시는 국내외 참전전우여러분 그리고 네티즌 여러분, 별로 이룬 것도 없이 또 2015 년 끝자락에 다다랐습니다. 한해를 또 보내야하는 우리 노병들은 맘은 언제나 수수롭게 느껴지기 마련이지만 그러나 마지막 마무리 잘하시고 돌아오는 새해에도 소망하시는 일 성취하시길 기원하며 사랑하는 모든 이들과 함께 희망찬 새해를 맞으시길 바랍니다. 감사합니다.

Dear fellow Vietnam veterans at home and abroad and visitors,

We are again arriving at the end of the year of 2015 with no particular accomplishments. As the more years go by, the greater the sorriness we the old veterans feel especially at the year end. However, I hope you will complete the year of 2015 on a good note and your wishes will come true in the new year.
